My Last Holiday

Last December, I went to Lembang for organization event. The event called "Musyawarah Besar 1". It is an event to evaluate our performance for PK, to make a plan for the future, and to strengthen our relationship with each other. I was the chief executive of this event. I went there with my family from PK 66. The members of PK 66 are from 3'22 and 3'21. We were not full members at that time, but 26 people joined this event.

On the first day, we departed from SMAN 3 Bandung to Villa John at 08.00 AM. Villa John is placed in Villa Istana Bunga housing estates. We went there by car and we arrived at Villa John around 10.30 AM. My Mother talked with the owner of the villa and 3'22 members were preparing for the first event for Mubes 1. We unloaded our bags and things. The first thing we were going to do was doing conference, but the seniors said, "A conference cannot be held if the audiences are less than 24 people." and in the first day, there were only 22 people. So, the division of event changed the rundown. We decided to play games for the whole day. At 12.00 PM we had lunch together and prayed dzuhur prayer. We played the first game at 01.30 PM. The first game we played was "Whisper challenge". We described a word to our opponent while we were using headphone with loud music. The second game was "Guest the gesture". Each group sent a delegation to describe a word with gesture. At 03.00 we took a rest and prayed ashar prayer. We started the last game at 03.30 PM and we played "The best waiter". In this game, the delegation of the group had their eyes closed and that person poured water to a glass on their group member's head. In the end, we threw water to each other and we had a good time. We finished playing games at 04.30 PM. We took a rest until 06.00 PM, then we prayed maghrib prayer and Isya prayer. In the first night, we had BBQ. 3'22 were making sate ayam and 3'21 grilled the sate. After finished grilling, we had dinner together. Then, we slept at 10.00 PM.

On the second day, we were going to do conference, but the audiences were still 22 people in the morning. I was anxious because if this event failed, I would feel very disappointed. But thankfully, 4 people came to the villa. So, we started the conference at 08.00 AM. There are 3 divisions in PK, they are Planning Organizer (PO), CEO, and Aspirator. In the conference, PO got the first place to present. CEO got the second place, Aspirator got the third place, and the last one was DPH. The first round of the conference ended at 11.50 AM. We took a rest, had lunch together, and prayed dzuhur prayer until 01.15 PM. Then we continued the second round of the conference. We took a rest at 03.00 PM and we continued at 03.30 PM. We ended the conference at 04.30 PM. We spent our second day with forum. We had dinner, prayed maghrib prayer. Then the seniors shared creepy stories that happened in SMAN 3 Bandung. After that, we slept at 10.00 PM

On the third day, we did morning run around the housing estates around 06.30 AM. After that, we had lunch together around 07.30 AM. We didn't play any games either forum. We took a picture together around 10.30 AM. The dress code were black. After that, we packed our things and we were preparing to go home. Then we left the villa at 11.00 AM.

It was a a very thrilling experience for me because I was the chief executive, I should prepare so much thing to make this event success. I went to some hard times, but I enjoyed it. I am very thankful to my family PK 66. It was tiring but I had a lot of fun.
